Prof. Lina-Maria Murillo (GWSS and History) has been selected as the recipient of the 2022 Jensen-Miller Award for the best article in the field of women and gender in the North American West from the Western History Association for her article “Birth Control, Border Control: The Movement for Contraception in El Paso, Texas, 1936-1940." It will be presented at the 2022 WHA conference in October.
